Prana
14th February to 15th MarchThe second month is named Prana after the Pranasya Pranaha introduced into the aspirant during meditations. The Adi Guru secured the permission for introduction of this spiritual force into the aspirants and thereby exhibited practically how much the Lord is eager to yawn towards us. The connection to this vital force of Pranasya Pranaha is the essence of this system of sadhana.
